2. Belongings and Property

  • Campers must secure their belongings.
  • The organizers are not liable for any loss or damage.
  • Label your belongings and secure valuables.

3. Camp Decorum

  • Respectful behavior is expected.
  • Violence or misconduct may lead to expulsion.

4. Health and Wellness

  • Campers are responsible for their own health.
  • Basic medical facilities will be provided; insurance is advised.

5. Photography and Recording

  • Organizers may take photos/videos during the event.
  • Campers may be featured in promotional materials.

6. Registration and Payment

  • Full registration and payment are required.
  • Refunds are reviewed case-by-case.

7. Governing Law

  • Governed by the laws of Nigeria.

8. Conference Code of Conduct

  • Respect: Treat others with respect and kindness, regardless of background or opinion.
  • Inclusivity: Promote an environment free of discrimination and harassment.
  • Integrity: Act honestly and transparently.
  • Responsibility: Own your actions and their impact.

9. Camp Rules

1. Respect others

  • Be kind and considerate to fellow campers, tribe leaders, and volunteers.
  • Honor differences in culture and personality.
  • Use respectful language and tone.

2. Keep the camp clean

  • Use designated bins for trash and recyclables.
  • Maintain cleanliness in dorms and shared spaces.
  • Report damage or maintenance needs to tribe leaders.

3. Follow curfew

  • Stick to scheduled curfews.
  • Only authorized exceptions are allowed.

4. No fighting or violence

  • Physical/verbal aggression will not be tolerated.
  • Incidents will lead to disciplinary action, including expulsion.

5. No substance abuse

  • Drugs, alcohol, or unauthorized prescriptions are prohibited.
  • Possession may result in expulsion.

6. Secure belongings

  • Label and secure your personal items.
  • Don’t leave valuables unattended or lend without permission.

7. Follow program schedule

  • Attend all events and be punctual.
  • Inform leaders if you need to skip a session.

8. No unauthorized leaving

  • Do not leave camp premises without permission.
  • Failure to comply may result in removal from camp.
