Terms and Conditions for METATHESIS Conference Campers
1. Safety and Liability
1.1. The organizers are not liable for any injuries or accidents that occur during the conference, unless caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct of the organizers.
1.2. Campers are responsible for their own safety and well-being during the conference.

2. Belongings and Property
2.1. Campers are responsible for keeping their belongings safe and secure.
2.2. The organizers are not liable for any loss or damage to campers’ belongings.
2.3. Campers are advised to label their belongings and keep valuables secure.

3. Camp Decorum
3.1. Campers are expected to behave in a respectful and considerate manner.
3.2. Fighting, violence, or any form of atrocity will not be tolerated and may result in disciplinary action, including expulsion from the conference.

4. Health and Wellness
4.1. Campers are responsible for their own health and wellness during the conference.
4.2. The organizers will provide basic medical facilities, but campers are advised to have their own medical insurance.

5. Photography and Recording
5.1. The organizers reserve the right to take photographs and recordings during the conference.
5.2. Campers may be featured in promotional materials or social media.

6. Registration and Payment
6.1. Campers must register and pay in full before the conference.

7. Refund Policy
7.1 Please note that all payments are non-refundable. Once a purchase is completed, it cannot be cancelled, refunded, or exchanged, unless otherwise required by law.

8. Governing Law
8.1. These terms and conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nigeria
